The SoM-215GS is an ultra compact SoM Carrier/Base/Socket board, designed with the TI DP83640 IEEE 1588 PTP PHY onboard, with an optional 4.3 inch WQVGA (480 x 272) TFT color LCD and a resistive touch screen. The dimensions of the SoM-215 are 4.8” by 3.0”, about the same dimensions as that of popular touch cell phones. The SoM-215 is small enough to fit in a 2U rack enclosure. This versatile SoM Carrier/Socket board is ideal for evaluation and early development work. This Carrier is designed to work with all EMAC 200-pin SODIMM type SoMs. Note: The SoM-215 is specifically designed for SoMs with Video & USB capability.

The new CPU module supports Intel N450/D510 +ICH8M chipsets which supports PCI and ISA interfaces. In a basic form factor of 95mm x 114mm, the SoM-4463 provides a scalable cost, effective, and easy to integrate solution for customer's applications by utilizing a plug-in CPU module on an application-specific customer solution board. The SoM-4463 with advanced I/O capacity incorporates PCI, ISA, IDE, USB 2.0, SATA, and LVDS interfaces.

Overview
The SoM-4463 is an embedded CPU module that fully complies with the SoM-ETX form factor standard. The new CPU module supports Intel N450/D510 +ICH8M chipsets which supports PCI and ISA interfaces. In a basic form factor of 95mm x 114mm, the SoM-4463 provides a scalable cost, effective, and easy to integrate solution for customer's applications by utilizing a plug-in CPU module on an application-specific customer solution board. The SoM-4463 with advanced I/O capacity incorporates PCI, ISA, IDE, USB 2.0, SATA, and LVDS interfaces.
The SoM-4463 complies with the "Green Function" standard and supports Doze, Standby, and Suspend modes. The small size (95 mm x 114 mm) and use of four high capacity connectors based on the proven SoM-ETX form factor, allow the SoM-ETX modules to be easily and securely mounted onto a customized solution board or our standard SoM-DB4400 development board.
