WIDE TEMPERATURE ATOM N270 PC/104 MOTHERBOARD

Carbondale, Illinois, July 31, 2012 — EMAC, Inc. announces the PCM-1812; an industrial embedded PC/104 motherboard that offers high performance and low power consumption. This rugged PC/104 motherboard adopts the Intel Atom N270 processor and Mobile Intel 945GSE + ICH7M chipset. It has1GB of onboard DDR2 memory, 1 x compact flash socket, 1 x 44 Pin IDE, 2 x SATA interface, 2 x RS-232, 2 x RS-422/RS-485, 4 x USB2.0 ports, supports one PC/104 interface, 8-bit digital I/O connector, supports VGA/LVDS, 2 x 10/100/1000 Mbps ethernet, and comes as a wide temp -40 to 80C solution (standard temp. option available)

The PCM-1812 supports Linux, Microsoft Windows XP, and Microsoft Windows Embedded 2009 and can be used in the fields of medical treatment, numerical controlling, traffic, data acquisition and industrial automation where low power in a limited space is required. The PCM-1812 is a stable fanless solution with a convenient connector layout and easy assembly.
