CONTACT: Eric Rossi FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE EMAC INTRODUCES AN ARM9 SINGLE BOARD COMPUTER Carbondale, Illinois, October 1, 2007 - EMAC, Inc., announces the iPac 9302, a 32-bit Single Board Computer (SBC) based on the Cirrus ARM9 EP9302 processor running at 200 MHz with Math Coprocessor. The iPac 9302 has a PC/104 form factor and contains a wide variety of I/O to meet any application: RS-232, 10 A/D channels, 16 digital GPIO lines, 16 Digital Output Lines, 8 Digital Input Lines, 8 High-Drive digital output lines, 3 PWMs, 9 Synchronous Serial I/O lines (SPI/AC97/I2S), SD/MMC Flash, 10/100 BaseT Ethernet, and Dual USB 2.0 Host Port. Additionally the iPac 9302 can accommodate up 64 MB of resident on-board Flash and 64 MB of SDRAM. EMAC can provide a Windows CE 6.0 BSP allowing developers to write C or C# applications in Visual Studio and then run those applications by downloading to the iPac 9302. Alternatively, EMAC can provide a Linux 2.6 BSP for users wishing to develop under Linux. The iPac can be used to develop a variety of applications from robotics to industrial controls. EMAC also has available a Screw Terminal board easing the burden of making I/O connections to the iPac.
