Any customer wanting to return a evaluation product should make known this request before ordering and should retain the original packing material in case the product needs to be returned. EMAC, Inc. cannot assume responsibility for loss or damage during shipping. All products and any included peripherals returned should be in "like new" condition and are subject to a restocking fee.
